The staff, especially Mehmet and the guy with glasses, were friendly and hospitable. They were really nice too ensure that guests were happy and satisfied. The hotel's cleanliness was great, with the rooms being super clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as it was close to a big shopping center and everything I needed was within reach. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly liked the relaxing lobby.

Very nice staff member, Volkan, made the stay enjoyable and answered all our questions. Clean bed sheets and bathroom were a positive aspect of the hotel. Convenient car park was another advantage.
No air conditioning and the remote control was taken away, making the room uncomfortably hot. Thin walls allowed us to hear everything happening in neighboring rooms and across the street, leading to a lack of sleep.

The staff at Seyithan Palace Spa were helpful and accommodating. When we had an issue with the hot water in our room, they quickly moved us to another room. Despite the slight inconvenience, the hotel's newness and cleanliness made up for it. The location was also great, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants.
